Your EE One questions answered
When you link your broadband and mobile plans under one EE ID, eligible mobile plans will automatically receive an unlimited data boost. If the plan already has unlimited data, you won’t receive an additional boost, but you’ll still qualify for exclusive savings on additional SIMs and handsets.
If you cancel either your EE Broadband or EE Mobile service, you’ll no longer be eligible for EE One benefits, including the unlimited data boost and exclusive household savings. If you cancel only EE TV, your EE One eligibility will continue as long as your broadband and mobile services remain active.
